How long I need to wait for a plushie?

Crocheting the plushie usually take me around 3-4 weeks.

Delivery time it’s usually 1-2 weeks, depends on method and delivery region.

Which payment method is accepted?

I am using PayPal, Revolut or just a bank transfer (€, $, zł).

If you want to pay by your debit card or other method, I am selling on Etsy so your purchase will be safe and their customer service can help in any moment!

I am also accepting the multiple payments plan if you're interested.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Due to the customization of the item to an individual order, I do not accept returns.

However you can cancel your order before the stage of starting crochet. (no charges for cancellation)

Is the plushie hypoallergenic?

Yes!

I fill plushies with the silicone fiber so they’re hypoallergenic!
